The property is accessible and safe, equipped with handrails, floodlighting, and a comprehensive L3 fire safety system, fully compliant with all Gas, Electrical, and Fire Safety regulations. We also offer a dedicated independent area on the ground floor for clients requiring more individualized support. Our prime location ensures easy access to transport, healthcare, leisure, and professional services, including Wyvern House.
